In 1999, Matt and his family moved home to Wausau after successful sales career for a Wausau paper manufacturer in the state of Texas. Matt spent the next 8 years working and learning the retirement plan business alongside his father and the Founder of NWA, Donald J. Stifler. Matt and his wife, Jayme, bought the firm from Don in 2007. Matt’s primary responsibilities today include the firm’s sales, marketing and relationship building with Financial Advisors, Investment Companies, Attorneys and Accountants, along with the many other hats small business owners wear.
