Administrative Assistant

Caroline joined NWA in August 2013 as a receptionist and was promoted to Administrative Assistant in 2014.

Her responsibilities include assisting with the daily administration of qualified plans to include timely processing of distributions and loans. Additional duties include assisting the Plan Managers, working directly with clients regarding our services and assisting staff as needed.

She has earned her Retirement Plan Fundamentals (RPF) Certificate through the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.

Caroline enjoys spending time with family and friends.
